2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 t baking soda
3/4 t salt
3 T shortening
1 cup water
3 T honey
1/2 cup white flour (for kneading)
Mix together, roll and divide into 5 balls. Press until 1/2 inch thick or 5-6" across. Make a cross on top. Bake 350ยบ 10-15 minutes
