1/3 C brown sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 C Rice Milk
2 Eggs
1 15oz can Pumpkin
1 package instant Maple/ Brown Sugar Oatmeal
Crumb Topping
Mix first 8 ingredients in crock pot. Sprinkle crumb topping over top of pumpkin mixture. Turn on high for 1/2 hour, then turn down to low until you are ready to serve.
Crumb Topping:
1 pkg instant oatmeal
2 T butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts.
In separate bowl mix together.
