1 (.25) pkg unflavored gelatin
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs beaten
1 can (15oz) pumpkin
In pan combine gelatin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Stir in milk and beaten eggs. Mix well, let stand one minute. Place burner on low and stir for 10 minutes, until gelatin dissolves and mixture thickens. Stir in pumpkin. Pour into crust. Let chill 3 hours.
Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
6 T butter, melted
1/2 t cinnamon
Mix ingredients and press in pie pan.
