Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls

2 cups "Jiffy" Baking Mix
2/3 cup milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup nuts, chopped
2/3 cup oats
1 t cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425° F. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Blend Baking Mix and milk in mixing bowl, gently. Turn onto surface dusted with Baking Mix. Pat or roll dough 1/4 inch thick in a 8 x 15-inch rectangle. In same bowl mix butter, sugar, nuts, oats, and cinnamon. Spread filling evenly over dough. Roll as for a jellyroll. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Place in prepared pan. Top with dots of butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes
