Ham Quiche

4 eggs, beaten
1/2 t salt
1/2 cup milk
10 oz can spinach, drained (or fresh)
1/2 cup ham, chopped
1 T flour
1 cup cheese (swiss or moz)
1 9" pie crust

Preheat oven to 425º. Beaten eggs with salt and milk. Add spinach, ham, and flour. Sprinkle crust with 3/4 cheese. Pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cheese. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 350º bake 20 minutes.

Crust:
1 cup flour
dash salt
1 stick butter
3 T cold water

Mix flour, salt, and butter until makes fine crumb. Add water and press together.
