1 Cup Butter
1 1/3 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. light Karo
3 Tbs. Water
Mix together in a pan and once all is mixed stir occasionally. Cook to hard Crack (300 degrees on candy thermometer).
1 Cup chopped Pecans
Stir in and pour onto a large cookie sheet. Wait 5 minutes and cut into bite-size squares.
Dip in melted chocolate.
