1 gallon apple cider
2 T whole allspice
2 T whole cloves
5-6 whole cinnamon sticks
4-5 orange slices
Tie allspice and cloves in a small piece of cheesecloth or coffee filter. Place in a large pot with 1 gallon apple cider. Add cinnamon sticks. Heat on medium heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove spices and float orange slices on top. Serve hot.
