Pork Sate

1 lb pork loin
1/2  cup onion, chopped
2 T peanut butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T lemon juice
2 T soy sauce
1 T brown sugar

Cut pork into cubes or strips. Blend remaining ingredients. Marinate pork for 1 hour. Thread on skewers. Grill or broil 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
