Vegetarian Lasagna

2 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 T oil
1 16oz can tomato sauce
2 t oregano
1 t basil
1 t salt
1/2 lb cooked mushrooms
2 cups cooked red or white beans
1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
6 lasagna noodles, cooked

Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in sauce and spices. Simmer 30 minutes and stir in mushrooms. Mash beans slightly and add. Mix well. In a 9x9 baking dish. layer noodles, sauce and cheese. Bake at 375ยบ for 20-30 minutes.
