1/2 cup Applesauce
1/4 cup Vanilla Rice Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tbl
Inulin Prebiotic
1/4 cup Oats
1 tbl raisins
2 tbl Chia Seeds
2 tbl Protein Powder*
1/4 tsp Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Quick Oats
1/4 cup Nuts (chopped)
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl mixed together the applesauce, rice milk, vanilla, and inulin. In a power blender, mix together the 1/4 cup oats, raisins, seeds, protein powder, soda, and salt. Add slowly to applesauce mixture. Knead in the oats, nuts, and chocolate chips. It will be the texture of play dough. Form into a large ball and divide into fourths. Continue dividing until you make 16 balls. Bake flatten balls for 20 minutes or until brown on bottom.
*Any protein powder will work, but I prefer Pea protein
