2 cups beet (Coarsely grated)
4 Tb Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Tb Olive Oil
Clean and peel beets if organic are not available. Mix together in a large glass storage container and refrigerate.
Day 1
Take one teaspoon of mixture every hour throughout the day.
Day 2-3
Take one tablespoon of mixture 4 times a day.
For maintenance, add this to your salads or eat alone 2 or 3 times a week. This will keep the bile thin and moving.
Beets in any form are an excellent food for both the liver and the gallbladder.
* If fresh beets are not available you can use Del Monte Sliced Beets, 8.25 oz. Pour beets into a blender, add vinegar and oil. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate.
