1 tsp oil 1/4 pound ground turkey1 tablespoon chopped onion1 clove garlic1 handful chopped spinach1 egg. beaten1/3 cup chicken stock2 ozs gluten-free pasta Cook pasta. Brown turkey with onion and garlic. Remove from heat. Add cooked pasta and spinach. Beat egg with stock. Stir mixture into pasta until evenly coated.
