Turkey Carbonara


1 tsp oil
1/4 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 handful chopped spinach
1 egg. beaten
1/3 cup chicken stock
2 ozs gluten-free pasta

Cook pasta. Brown turkey with onion and garlic. Remove from heat. Add cooked pasta and spinach. Beat egg with stock. Stir mixture into pasta until evenly coated.
