Turkey & Spinach Meatball

1/2 pound ground turkey
2 handfuls chopped spinach
1 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons gluten-free bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Form the mixture into golf ball sized balls and place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper. Bake at 360 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
