Cereal for babies 9 months old up to all of us adults
To make mix:
1 cup brown rice
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup lentils
1/4 cup flaxseed (optional)
Grid in blender for about 2 minutes, or if you want it a little chunkier only grind for about 20-30 seconds.
To make cereal stir in 1/2 cup of powder into 2 cups boiling water, reduce to low, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently with whisk to remove lumps and prevent scorching. Refrigerate for 2-3 days or freeze up to one month.
I swear by this cereal. Coreyn never has trouble with her bowels and I contribute it to having this everyday.
