Shrimp Bowls

2 cups cooked rice
1 T oil
2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 pkg (12oz) cooked baby shrimp, thawed and drained
1/3 cup sweet sour sauce
1 T soy sauce

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables, stir 3 minutes or until crisp tender. Stir in shrimp. Combine sweet sour sauce and soy sauce in small bowl. Pour over shrimp mixture and heat through. Mound 1/2 cup rice onto 4 plates. Make well in center. Spoon shrimp mixture into "bowls."
