Waffles

2 eggs
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup Gluten-free All-purpose Flour
1 T baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 T butter, melted
syrup

Preheat waffle iron. Beat eggs in large bowl. Whisk in yogurt and milk. Combine flour blend, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually whisk yogurt mixture into flour mixture until smooth. Add batter to waffle iron by 1/2 cupfuls for 6 inch waffles.
