Pork Yakitori

1 lb pork
2 T soy sauce
2 T lemon juice
1 clove garlic
2 T oil
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1/2 t ginger

Cut pork into cubes or strips. Blend remaining ingredients. Marinate pork for 4 hours. Thread on skewers. Grill or broil 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
