Swiss Chicken

6 boneless chicken breasts, halved
6 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup white cooking wine
2 cups stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 can mushrooms (optional)

Place chicken breasts in bottom of large baking dish. Cover each with a slice of cheese and mushrooms. Mix soup and wine together, pour over chicken. Top with stuffing mix pour over melted butter. Cover with foil. Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour, until chicken is tender.
