Tuna Bake

  • 1 (5 oz) can Tuna
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 T cornstarch & 2 T cold water
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven 350° F. In baking dish melt butter and add onion. Add pasta to boiling water cook according to package directions. To baking dish add milk and broth. Drain pasta. To milk mixture stir in cornstarch. Add pasta, tuna, parsley, and peas. Bake, uncovered 25 minutes. Add parmesan cheese the last 5 minutes.
