- 1 (5 oz) can Tuna in Water, drained
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 teaspoon spicy mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Add oil to skillet and place in oven.
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, bread crumbs, and egg and stir lightly.
- Add the onion, celery, mustard, garlic and pepper, and mix again.
- Form the mixture into 2 patties.
- Add patties to skillet and bake 10 minutes.
- Carefully flip the patties and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
