1/2 lb beef
1/4 cup broth
1 T salsa
1/8 t ginger
1/4 t salt
2 T maple syrup
1 T oil
2 T onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
1 celery stalk, sliced
1 zucchini, small sliced
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 T cornstarch
1 T cold water
Cut beef in small pieces. In a bowl mix broth, salsa, ginger, salt, and brown sugar. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté onions, garlic and zucchini. Add broth mixture. Bring to boil, reduce heat and add cabbage. In small bowl mix cornstarch and water. After cabbage is wilted stir in cornstarch mixture. Stir until thickened.
