1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/2 cup water
1/2 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup instant brown rice
3 ounces green beans
2 chicken tenders
In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add onion garlic and spices. Add water and
tomatoes, bring to a boil. Stir in rice, green beans and chicken. Cover. Simmer
until chicken in fully cooked.
