Day 4
Continue Green Flush and eat regular meals with lots of vegetables and good fats. Avoid fried foods, refined sugars, alcohol, peanut butter, red meats, caffeine and alcohol.
The goal is to avoid foods that will make your gallbladder work too hard.

Green Flush
1 handful spinach1/4 bunch parsley leaves
1/4 cucumber
2 stalks celery
1 carrot
Cover with water and blend with NutriBullet .
* If you don't have a power blender steam vegetables and use a regular blender.
