2 lbs chicken breasts
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, mince
2 Tbl brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp red pepper
In a saucepan mix together all the ingredients except the chicken. Broil the
chicken until all pink is gone. Pour sauce over the chicken and broil until
golden.
