One Skillet Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound ground turkey
  • 2 T onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can (14-1/2 ounces) tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1 ounce uncooked spaghetti, broken
  • 2 T cup shredded cheese 
Directions
  1. In a large skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Stir in the tomatoes, 2 tablespoons water, salt, basil and spaghetti.
  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring frequently and adding remaining water if necessary.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
